Shipping policy

I want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as I can manage — here's how shipping works at The Purple Parrot Co.

Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Custom orders take longer since I make them one at a time — typically 7-10 business day before shipping. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods

I ship via USPS or UP for majority of parcels being mailed. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow it to your door.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Flat shipping rate of per order is $8.00, or free shipping on orders over $50."] Shipping is calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

NO. Right now I ship within the United States only.

Where I Ship From

I ship from Evansville,IN, USA. Domestic orders usually arrive within a few business days of shipping.

Craft Show Purchases

If you bought from me at an in-person craft show, your purchase comes home with you that day — no shipping involved. For website orders you'd like to pick up at a show instead of shipping, just email me at scott@thepurpleparrotco.com ahead of time and I'll set it aside for you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves my hands, it's in the carrier's care. If tracking shows it's delayed or seems lost, let me know and I'll help look into it with the carrier. I can't control what happens in transit, but I won't leave you hanging.
